Quotation

Making a proper estimate of the project is the most important step before starting the project. We at Richmond, provide a detailed BOQ for the approved floor plan. This includes all the specification details and approved brands. The cost of every service will be estimated accurately so as to give you a clear impression of the amount you will be incurring on the project.

Floor Plan

Making a floor plan is the first step in interior design. We will develop floor plans as per existing area in AutoCAD which includes measurements, furniture and appliances. We will inspire you in getting creative with your plan selection. There will be a charge of ₹20 per sft towards making your floor plan. This amount will be adjusted, if the execution contract is given to us.

Execution

Finally We will excute purpose plan

Complete Set of Design Drawings

Once the floor plan and BOQ are finalized,we take 10 percent of the project cost towards the reparation of complete set of design drawings. The design drawings include

  • Civil drawings(if any modifications exists)
  • Electrical drawings
  • HVAC drawings
  • False ceiling layouts
  • Flooring layouts
  • Furniture/partition layouts
  • Furniture details with individual elevations
  • Finishes layout

3D Views

After approval of the complete design set,if you need more clarity regarding any specific item we will suggest you to opt for 3D views. This 3D views will give you a perfect idea of the final output. They are on chargeable basis and attract a charge of ₹50 per sft which cannot be adjusted at the time of work.
